Sneaky Links is a platform intended strictly for adults aged 18 years or older. By accessing or using the app, you represent and warrant that:
- You are at least 18 years old;
- You are legally permitted to use this platform under applicable laws in your jurisdiction;
- You will not allow any individual under the age of 18 to access your account.
Accounts created by individuals under 18 are prohibited and will be terminated upon detection.
2. Zero-Tolerance Child Safety Policy
Sneaky Links has zero tolerance for child sexual abuse material (CSAM), grooming, or any content or behavior that exploits, endangers, or sexualizes minors.
You agree not to:
- Upload, share, or solicit any images, videos, or text involving minors (real or fictional);
- Attempt to engage with minors on the platform;
- Use deceptive methods to impersonate, lure, or entrap underage individuals;
- Use the platform in any way that violates child protection laws.
All violations will result in immediate account termination and referral to law enforcement or the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC).
3. User Conduct and Community Guidelines
You agree to use Sneaky Links in accordance with the following rules:
- You will not use the platform to harass, exploit, or harm others.
- You will not distribute sexually explicit content involving minors, either knowingly or recklessly.
- You will comply with all local, national, and international laws applicable to your use of the app.
- You will report any suspicious, abusive, or harmful behavior involving children or other users.
4. Monitoring, Moderation, and Reporting
Sneaky Links reserves the right to monitor all activity on the platform, including messages, media, and account behavior, using a combination of:
- Automated systems (e.g., PhotoDNA, AI filters);
- Human moderators trained in child safety detection.
You acknowledge and agree that:
- Any content suspected to involve child exploitation will be reported to the appropriate authorities.
- Your account may be suspended, reviewed, or terminated without notice if child safety concerns arise.
- Sneaky Links may preserve and disclose your information in response to valid legal requests.
5. Mandatory Reporting and Law Enforcement Cooperation
Sneaky Links complies with all applicable child safety laws, including but not limited to:
- 18 U.S.C. § 2258A (U.S. mandatory CSAM reporting);
- Ley General de los Derechos de Niñas, Niños y Adolescentes (LGDNNA);
- Código Penal Federal – México;
- International laws and treaties relating to CSAE.
Sneaky Links is a registered reporting entity with the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) and may also coordinate with:
- Policía Cibernética (Mexico)
- INHOPE / INTERPOL
- Local and international prosecutors’ offices
6. Reporting Violations
Users can report abuse, suspicious content, or safety concerns via:
- In-app reporting tools (available on all profiles and messages)

- Emergency contact (listed on our child safety policy page)
All reports are handled by our Trust & Safety Team and reviewed within 24 hours. Law enforcement referrals are made when necessary.
7. Termination of Use
Violation of any terms listed herein — particularly those related to child safety — will result in:
- Immediate suspension or termination of your account
- Removal of illegal content
- Notification to law enforcement agencies
- Permanent ban from the platform
8. Updates to These Terms
Sneaky Links reserves the right to amend these Terms of Service at any time. Continued use of the app constitutes your agreement to the revised terms. Material updates will be communicated via the app or your registered email.
